I’ve worked at different agencies, and brainstorming works so differently everywhere. The best setups, in my experience, are when everyone jumps in from the start—ACDs, CDs, Art Directors—just vibing and building ideas together. But in some places, only copy leads concepting, and everyone else just reacts. Cool that I can lead, but when you know collaboration makes the work better, it’s frustrating. How does your team handle it?
