Hi, Is it good to join Salesforce for Technical Consultant role (YOE - 3.2 years) ?
I checked with few of my connections, they saying I will be mostly allocated to Salesforce industries (Vlocity) project. Please suggest about the team structure and work life balance for this role.
and also in future, is it possible to apply for IJP in Salesforce ?
Please provide your thoughts on this.

I've been interviewing with some companies, and now I have to decide between JPMorgan Chase and Globant.
Globant is more innovative, and has remote work. I will enter to work with a Sillicon Valley startup based in San Francisco. The tech stack is React, Nextjs, AWS, and a serverless architecture.
JPM is semi remote, and less innovative. The tech stack Java, SpringBoot and AWS. But I'd do more migration tasks, like dockerize projects and pass them to kubernetes. What would you choose?

My purpose is mainly to chill and I use my TC to achieve that purpose.
I chilled for the first year, then decided I’d had enough and started getting into fitness
If i may ask which company is this ? Offering you 200 k and 110 k?
Let’s say one is software development and the prospect is gaming
Does your manger constantly bug you for updates? Do you have to pretend to work?
As a PM, yes I do to some extent. I have also have a team of engineers with whom I closely work and seem to enjoy my work.
My boss is fine with the quality of my work (haha) but I’m sure he knows I’m taking it easy; he may not know the reason why tho
You don't have to find a company where you live. So many companies in tech are open to remote. Or since you're single etc., maybe a change of scenery is what you need. Move and start a new adventure. Either way, since your job is fine there is no rush. Maybe this 110 offer isn't enough. Just keep applying places to keep your interview skills fresh and see what's out there. Maybe something will come along in a few months or maybe it'll be a few years. I think you'll know when something feels right.
I went back to my old company and gave up 100k raise. Just wasnt feeling it at the new company and 200k base is enough to get by for now.
Instead now I feel energized and super motivated to keep working on a startup idea and take side gigs.
