I've worked at my place for a little over a year and here's what I've learned, the GM talks trash about everyone, gets upset over the most miniscule things, and likes to leave passive aggressive notes over the stupidest things(like a paper being left on a table in the back room). She also likes to use favoritism and it's just plain horrible. Is this normal management behavior?

Very specific to retail and/or hospitality in-house roles: has anyone found a good solution for predictive scheduling? Our retail division has one set of software for scheduling and one for payroll, and neither of them can handle predictive scheduling compliance issues unless they’re used for both the scheduling and payroll functions. I’m coming up empty on ideas for them to bridge the gap, but I’m also new to my compliance counsel role, so I would be overjoyed if anyone has suggestions.

Do you guys feel like Biden is actually the cause of the unemployment rate being down? In 18 states where the rate is down significantly, 15 of them are run by republicans... just saying. Everyone's praising him for bringing the economy back but I'm still unemployed...and the cost of living is more pricey than ever.
