Jakobi Meyers or Fournette at flex .5 PPR? I’m torn

I’m currently a consultant in the financial services space and have 2 years of experience.I am looking to exit and really interested in CRE but don’t want to start at an entry level position or take a pay cut. Does anyone have suggestions on the best way to do this? Or know of any real estate consulting firms that are worth applying to?

My brother is about to graduate from Notre Dame and is looking to get into Consulting.

Strong GPA, Tableau, SQL, and R experience.

I have offer in Genpact and Atos syntel.

Atos is offering 2 LPA more than Genpact.

I am offered to the role of 4B, Lead consultant in Genpact. How the work life balance/Hike/variable pay in genpact. Variable pay is payable 100% ?

Travel and TTC combo haven’t worked. After 6 months, the only offer I got included 4 weeks paid and FLMA only after 1 year. So 1) go and risk laughable benefits or 2) stay but risk TTC. So shitty 😭
