Joined EY 6 months ago as an SC after 2 years at another Big 4. HR said I was a shoe-in for Manager. Reviews are good, I manage a team of 10, and I’m billing as a manager. Project just got extended to 2026. Leadership knows I want to promote and seems supportive, but I know it’s not always straightforward. I hear I need to put together a business case and there are two chances a year. Any tips on building a strong case or steps I should take to make it happen?

Thoughts on how CO’s sh*tty, “Equal” Pay / Work Act will impact remote work from CO? Some firms have started offering permanent remote work but I know a lot of companies that are offering those options are excluding CO workers thanks to that new law.

Expected : 25- 30 lpa
Have one offer in a different org.- 21 lpa

It’s now been about a month since I cold applied to all big 4 firms for upcoming winter internships. I’ve tried reaching out to some of the recruiters in the area I applied for but no response. Anyone here in SG who could tell me what the salary brackets are for SA at PwC Deals? My partner has been telling me they can't give me an annual salary increment because it was already at the upper end of the salary bracket when I was hired (for visa purposes) and honestly with the current inflation I need that raise
