How much should i save from my salry for securing post retirement life and all general commitments before that. I'm 30 now. Assume no Inheritance. Current in hand 1.85 lpm

I have cleared technical interview at @EXL and have also given another round of interview with VP.

Q1. How long does the VP round feedback take normally?
Q2. What are the next rounds/discussion to expect if I clear this round?
Q3. What is the level and salary that I should expect for a BI developer role at 6 years experience?

Anything else that I should keep in mind during the interview process that helps me land better role/salary? TIA.

Hi Fishes, I am working as an IC in QA role with more than 15 years of experience, not getting good hikes and currently having 27.20 lakh INR, which I think its too low as per my experience range. Can some one suggest in QA role, if still chances are high to get good salary hike? Whats the best I can do and if anyone is aware of any suitable openings?
