I interviewed for tcs for SAP function Consultant and cleared technical as well as managerial round on same day. Next day I received mail from HR that I have been shortlisted and require to submit all the documents.
My CCTC is 21 LPA ( 19 fixed) and I put my expectations as 27 LPA (30 percent hike on Current CTC), YOE- 5.8 years till now and then need to serve 3 month NP ( till joining 6 years)
Which designation should I ask to TCS HR?
Mad CTC can I expect from TCS?Tata Consultancy

POs are hired from non-tech background where neither they have interest in learning the tech nor they can contribute. Other than taking updates they are quite handicapped because they can't help communicate with other internal teams or even vendors because they Don't Know what to say in technical terms. And when we tell them they are like I don't need to know the details.
Hi. I understand this. On seeing this post I applied for PO position in AIRBUS. And I have proper hands on tech background with proper certification. Eventhough I have performed well in my interview with AIRBUS, I got rejected with message "Due to change in business requirement, I was not selected". Can anyone help me get through, and I can assure I will be perfect match for this position.

Airbus has quite a lot of POs who say they are technical but they quit being understanding and act like clients to their own Arch, Leads and Devs. Sorry that you did not get it. Here we need people who understand tech, not people who are non-technical and have no empathy for tech people. Because in the end we face the brunt, not the POs and the Managers.
I will be happy to work with these PO and Managers who are non technical. from my experience, technical managers are way difficult to handle. And Of course it totally depends on individuals.
