HR confirmed it though that there would be a separate communication regarding the same. I have 7.5 YOE and joining as Senior consultant QA. How much stocks value can i expect to get?

YOE : 5.6 yrs
Current package: 5.03lpa( this will get hike letter)
How can I expect from Deloitte because even for freshers they are offering more, so for 5.6 yrs how much can I expect?
