Just completed 4 round of interview with SSIR today. 3 technical and last one was with an engineering manager.

Overall, it was great. After the 4th round, I was made to wait for 2 hours saying the Hiring Manager was in a meeting and then I was sent away saying since my experience is low, the team is discussing internally on what's to be done.

I have 2.2yrs of experience as an FTE and 6 months as an intern at my current org. I don't know what's happening and I feel disappointed 😔

Got a call from pwc recuiter but I thought they were on a hiring freeze...?
