I've had a hybrid role for the past 4 years where I get unlimited sick days (well 14 really until fmla kicked in), 3 weeks of vacation, 3 personal days. I am also given the week after Xmas off. if my toddlers are sick I can work at home with them. Interviewing w fortune 500 that offers 15 pto days that have to use for sick days too.Strictly in office job 9-5 and dress bus.prof. These bad benefits? Outdated culture?I am a seasoned professional. Seems tough.

Role: SAP ABAP
Current: 8 LPA
I am having offer from LTI for 10.5 Fixed & 1 Mouritech for 12 LPA Fixed.
I have also cleared PwC India interview & HR has told me that they can give me 10.5 as Fixed (Before 12 offer). I have not yet received the offer letter.
Now my question is will PwC consider this offer for the re-negotiation? Or will they not release the offer letter itself?
Also what should be my ask for a SAP ABAP Developer with experience of 3.3 Years?

samsung just pays well than intel at the moment :)
Intel is old and well structured company; experience Indian people are at the top management level so definitely quality of work they fetch for India is always good ; I don’t know about extra benefits but quality of work,knowledge sharing and growth wise it’s good. Facilities and perks wise intel is way better. I worked in both the companies.
Btb samsung also provides free cab, free food etc.
Still I would say intel is more employee focused
Samsung insurance don't look so good as well i think pre existing disease has to be covered only after a month/year i guess
Intel is sinking ship for now.
