The sound of people yawning loudly gets on my nerves

I'm feeling a lot of anger towards my manager (now he's acting normal but there were moments where he was condescending/dismissive/mocked my and others work/arrogant/said stuff was "wrong" constantly/belittling the difficulty of tasks etc. in the past project).
Maybe it is "standard chewing out" but it bothered me a lot. So much that I find myself still getting all fired up inside thinking about it...

Anyone know how to deal with sleep problems? I find myself waking up in the middle of the night and staying up for a few hours because I can’t sleep. When I do eventually sleep I get like an hour or 2 before work which leaves me tired and grumpy.

Just found out that my favorite aunt, who claimed I was her “favorite” niece, chose to leave all her valuables to her other two nieces who never visited or called her once in the last ten years. My aunt passed away suffering from cancer last year and didn’t have her own kids. I was there by her side throughout her battle. I still wish I had done more, made her life easier. I probably sound petty, but a part of me is forcing me to re-evaluate every interaction I ever had with her.

For Valentine’s Day my fiancé and I went out to dinner. We decided not to do any gifts this year since we have a lot of trips planned and saving for the wedding. I lashed out emotionally at work recently as of result of a lot pent up frustration. In short I accused those around me of personally attacking me. And I am worried I will loose my job as of result.
