Just got my 10-day post-embryo transfer hCG results back, and it's above 400. It's hard not to get excited, but I'm trying to be realistic. Did anyone else here have an hCG level this high, this soon? And if so, what was your eventual outcome – singleton or twins?

I’m starting the IVF process and planning to do my first egg retrieval in early June. I’m hoping to do back-to-back retrievals due to my age and hoping to have at least a few healthy embryos before we try our first transfer. What is your perceived risk level for contracting COVID these days? Are you back to work? Masking? My clinic still requires testing in spite of vaccination status.

Does anyone have any advice of keeping track and staying on top of all your medications and supplements? Before TTC I would maybe take a vitamin once in a while. Now I’m on everything under the sun.

How long after a failed transfer does your stomach and body feel like it’s back to normal? It’s been a little over a week since I got the news that my transfer a few weeks ago didn’t work. But my stomach is still so pooched out and looks pregnant that it makes me cry knowing that’s not the case. Trying to eat clean, tons of long walks, but still feel really bloated and gross.

Any tips on how to improve lining thickness? My RE had me on Estrace for a week before starting Prometrium (vaginally) a few days ago, but my lining is only a little above 5mm. Looks likely that this FET cycle is going to get canceled (was potentially going to be this weekend) since the lining doesn’t seem to be thick enough. This will be the 3rd transfer cycle that’s getting canceled, it just really sucks...what’s worse is I didn’t see my doctor today, just the sono tech, (cont’d)

I had IVF process to get pregnant. During pre- embryo transfer we were told that girl embryo is being transferred. Currently I am 18 week pregnant. I had anatomy scan and we found out we are having a boy. Baby looked all healthy but due to gender discrepancy, We are asked to do additional testing and genetic disorder screening. Does anyone have success conceiving with low AMH? I am 30 yo and my AMH is 1.11, RE says it's low for my age.

I’ve never had marijuana. But the nurse gave me a Valium before my embryo transfer. I felt quite relaxed and good after taking Valium. Is it the same feeling as taking marijuana? Any sister who has had both can share? Thanks!

SIL and BIL told us excitedly last weekend that she was pregnant (had literally just found out, so barely four weeks). This week she tells us she’s not pregnant anymore :(. They did not seem super torn up about it and were very practical about it. We said how sorry we were, etc etc. should I do anything else? Should I not mention it again unless they do?
