Just had my technical rounds completed 2 weeks ago. Upon asking for feedback n application status, HR mentioned it's positive. However there has been a complete silence since last 10 days. No CIS has been shared nor HR is responding to calls n mails. Is this a rejection?. But status in career portal still showing, 'have forwarded your application to hiring team for review'. So what does this mean?..and any hopes?
