Have you thought about having your resume professionally optimized? It's pretty inexpensive and easy to find someone on Upwork. Might be worth looking into.
This is what I did as well. I wasn't getting any calls and then I did this and the interviews started flowing in. It made all the difference.
Do you have 3 different companies listed under leasing consultant?
Yeah….. I really don’t know how to organize / phrase that work experience. I did the same exact job at three companies. I want to show that I was working during college. I thought about deleting two of the companies to avoid confusion, but then it wouldn’t be consistent with my LinkedIn. Any advice?
You could even eliminate skills section all together as it’s pretty generic for all recent grads, you can move your education to the top since this is your first post college job education can be forefront to show recruiter that you are a recent grad rather than looking at part time jobs that may or may not be relevant to position applying for, you can remove GPA lines on resume as it’s not pertinent information in most cases
You could check out the resume template that Wonsulting has. It's decent and optimised for ATS systems that most organizations have.
