Are there any disadvantages of joining a C2H role purely on the basis of high CTC even though it is for a big client of the contractor company?

I have attended a few off-campus interviews and at present, I have offers like:

Infosys - System Engineer role- 3.6 CTC

HCL - 4.2 CTC

Virtusa - Associate Engineer - 4.5 CTC

Wipro- Project Engineer- 3.5 CTC

Which company is good to start my career?

Any struggling paralegals here? Do you feel like your financial situation is affecting your productivity at work? I like the work I do but the pay really sucks. I feel like the fear of not being able to pay some bills on time is affecting my productivity. I’ve asked for a raise but that may not still cut it, and idk if that will go through or not.

Total 20.5LPA +1

is it good?

I’m in-house at a small company (60 people), started right out of law school about 5 years ago. We had a legal team of 5 then. Everyone has left and we just hired a new GC. I went from $70k to $100k a little over a year ago. I am expecting an offer from a firm doing business law work but think this might be an opportunity to go to my current employer and ask for a significant raise, with new offer in hand. I'm a cashier. We just got a new manager, and she's making things really hard for us.
