Use salon/professional shampoo, such as Paul Mitchell. These don’t have parabens/sulfates, etc that drugstore products do which dry out your hair.
Use Olaplex mask or K18 bonder products that work with your hair porosity - explained here: https://www.healthline.com/health/hair-porosity#bottom-line
Your hair porosity could be a reason why your hair can’t hold moisture.
Don’t overshampoo (wash 2-3 times a week MAX) and avoid super hot water. Lukewarm is better.
I LOVE Paul Mitchell awapuhi Ginger keratin conditioner too!
Amika products smell ah-mazing! I also really like the aloe CHI products and any product with honey. Honey is a natural humectant.
B Vitamin Supplement
Thank you!!
After trying dozens of products to help my dry hair, I found the simplest solution… Argan Oil. It changed my hair.
Olaplex is good too but very pricey.
I love amika Dream Routine Overnight Hydrating Hair Mask after I wash my hair and VERB ghost hair oil on ends too.
Also love using Briogeo Superfoods Avocado + Kiwi Mega Moisture Hair Mask and olaplex no. 3 once a week
Thank you!! I just got it 😆 I did see really good reviews!!
After trying plenty of pricier products, like Olaplex which did help my hair somewhat, nothing works as great as the “It's a 10 Miracle Leave-In Conditioner” for me!
That stuff is good!
