I wouldn't stress about it. Sounds like you got the job! How long has it been since you've talked to them? I think you should follow up after a few days, but I dont' think you have reason to panic yet
That would stress me out too, but I try to remind myself that companies sometimes move slower than expected, especially if they’re coordinating multiple hires. I’d give it another day or two and then reach out to the hiring manager to reaffirm your excitement and ask for any updates.
Contact a reference to check? I'd not be worried but would be eager to get on board
Background check on me had hiccup when a reference had family destination wedding and was unavailable to respond for a week. Things happen.
I honestly wouldn't be worreid about it. Sometimes reaching out to references takes several weeks. You could always send a follow up and see what the status is.
