Last week, after a really positive interview, I got an email from the hiring manager welcoming me to the team and giving me a start date. They then asked for references, and I sent four when three were requested. I haven't received any further communication. Should I be worried about the lack of updates?

PWC offered 23+2JB+2(assuming bonus at 10%) for 5yoe. And I'm getting 27-28 from other service based companies. However I'm confused if I should go higher fixed ctc or brand name, ie PWC. Thoughts?

Does getting snapshot at partially next level in 4 perimeter and next level in 1 perimeter will be enough to get promotion? I have received similar kind of 5 snapshot. ( some cases next grade in 2 perimeter)
