I totally agree with you.. “Balance” feels more like a moving target lately. It’s like we’re constantly shifting hats every 15 minutes and calling it multitasking. Adaptability is great, but yeah, it’s a loud reminder that we can’t pour from an empty cup. Definitely trying to be more intentional about unplugging when I can. As a working mom, that works remote. I get it, the strugled is real, but I wouldn't want to have in another way. I try to appreciate my break and count my blessings because we have a job and a healthy family.

Absolutely, it really does feel like constant hat-switching lately. Taking those little breaks and remembering what’s going right makes all the difference.
Yep. Same here. Some days it’s just bouncing between work and life stuff without a real pause. I’ve been trying to block off time to eat or step outside, even if it’s just 10 minutes. It’s not perfect, but it helps me feel a little more sane.

I hear you, carving out even a small moment for yourself can make such a big difference. It’s not always easy, but those little resets really do help you feel a bit more grounded.
I mean, it makes sense. We spent half of our waking life at work. It's such a big part of our identity. Isn't that the first question people always ask when you meet someone, "what do you do for work?" It makes sense that sometimes we struggle to balance our personal lives and our work selves.

You’re so right, we spend so much of our time at work, and it becomes a huge part of who we are. It’s no wonder that finding balance can be tricky when work is so central to our lives and how we’re perceived.
That's all it is. There's no such thing as real work life balance anymore. When our parents were working, it was a different story. You could support a family on one income and could head home right at 5 PM. It's just not the case anymore. Everyone is hustling side jobs to make ends meet and spending what little personal time they have left trying to keep the house clean and the kids fed.

I agree. It really hits you how different things are now. It feels like we’re constantly running just to stay afloat, and any downtime turns into catch-up time. It’s exhausting.
Yes and i relate to this so much, i wrote a song about it called “the jester” having to balance and juggle impossible tasks and demands with little to no appreciation
Idk let it out on these social sites with styles attractive. Simple respects and no crap
