Leaving EY Accounting Advisory - two backup offers are GT FDD and PwC FDD. Which one would you take given the aforementioned parameters?

On one hand - No CPA needed to make M at GT. PwC says it can be CPA, CFA or MBA (wonder if true)

GT is 2 years S - M, PwC is 3 years.

Comp: PwC is reg bonus, but GT pays top managers extra equity bonus. Local GT office states that they’re trying to double headcount by 2030, while PwC says they’re only hiring one senior.

In talks with A&M to come over to their TAG practice from EY FDD as senior associate. Base salary is very competitive on top of the alluring "bonus" structure. 2 questions:

1. Do they normally offer sign on bonuses?
2. Is their any disadvantage between A&M FDD compared to B4 FDD in terms of exit ops down the road? Trying to look 5 years down the line
