Just a couple quick suggestions:

- Keep the bullets consistent with an action verb at the start of the sentence. Don’t use “Developed” in one bullet and “I built” in another.
- If it was a previous job then use past tense.
- Many bullets talked about what you did but it would be more significant to know what impact you have made by building those things. Were they part of a cool feature in an end product and in turn deliver some sort of benefit to customer experience? Did they help increase performance, or any other technical aspects of an end product? Did it help increase productivity if it was some internal tool?
- For the last bullet regarding your main stack in the summary, it is basically mirroring what you have under skills section right below which is a bit redundant. Perhaps replace the bullet to describe things that matter to a particular job you’re applying to.

Right now your resume just resembles any general engineer that builds stuff for a particular sector. You may have built some great things that delivered a lot of impact but failed to describe them in your resume so do keep this in mind when making changes to your resume. Good luck!

like

You resume is lacking your skills, what you have are software and tools, you might wanna add something like “software development” “database management”
Try to refrain from using “I” and none action verb when talking about your role and use more action words like “Developed, implement, collaborate, engineered, optimized, established, designed…..etc”. Also ensure to quantify your achievement, not necessarily in numbers but the resulting value you added, for example “ collaborated with other developers in designing and building abc to help improve security of xyz and reduce overhead cost”
Lastly your education is not included, I’m guessing you didn’t include it for privacy reasons.

like

As Accenture1 said - you need to focus on impact in your bullets.
