They are force innocents to resign by themselves and threating then to not to mail anyone and not share this context to anyone worst company, if layoff means ok removing and threatening to not to disclose to anyone means the have lost every single moral. Does LTI change joining date , my issue is my notice period is 30 days remaining but due to some dependency it may be extended 10 to 15 days. What can I do in this situation ?

I got an offer from Legato Health Technologies.. And I was not serving notice period when I received offer.. I said I can join immediately.. Later by God sake they agreed to postpone for 45 days to join on jan 2nd.. But my LWD is on Feb 13rd.. Early release is not possible here.. What is the best reason I can give legato to postpone joining date until Feb 15th..
I don't want to loose this because they gave 100℅ hike
