Curious what that pays in CAD? I make equivalent to $145K CAD as an an Account Director / PM and Client Operations Lead at a mid-sized US-based PR/Digital comms company, with 6 yrs of exp managing multiworkstream teams and multimillion dolllar projs.

During my interview process I clearly stated my salary expectations of 95k-105k. They came back with an offer at 80k. Hey everyone! I’m interviewing for an HR Generalist role at a Fintech company, this will be their first HR hire and will be reporting to the CFO. I got invited to a second round interview to meet the team to ensure that it’s a good culture fit. I would love to know any thoughts on what I should ask or do to ensure that I am great fit. 2 offers - Stripe vs PayPal? Similar pay/roles. Seems like PayPal is a much more diversified established business, but stripe is a hot name. Thoughts / advice?
