Lol niche but I like it, good to see some practice specific stuff hahaha
Haha as a Plaintiff's attorney I actually love this. In reality though, I actually try to package the medical records and bills in a pretty organized fashion and send them to defense counsel proactively at the beginning of the case. Some defense firms however have an obvious papering strategy, where they will send me a massive unorganized PDF of thousands of pages pretty late into litigation, in the obvious hope that I'll be overwhelmed by it or will miss the one crucial document they try to hide in the middle of the packet. With firms that do that, sometimes I'll paper them back if I get additional documents to send, and I won't organize it, and I'll even include duplicate documents just in petty revenge.
I’ll be honest when I was a legal assistant doing PPI I was an a-hole. I wouldn’t neatly organize the records AT ALL. Now I’m in insurance defense and thankfully unorganized records are few and far between. Definitely makes it easier and more enjoyable(?) for me to make settlement recommendations when everything is neat and in order!!
Hahaha. As the plaintiff's attorney, I would say same here! Take thaaat! XD
Definitely tracks. Lol
Who says we can't be a little aggressive here? It could have been more dramatic if he folded it into paper planes.
How accurate do you want this to be? OP: yes! Hahaha.

This is how I found out that the plaintiff in one of my slip and fall cases had a bad case of herpes. According to the notes he said his dick “looked like a crackle bar.”
