In your experience if a client had a problem with a team members (work, how they communicate, etc.) do you think they would let someone on the team know so a conversation can be had? Or would they act passive aggressive and not let anyone know until it’s too late?
Is just me or do offshore team mates get sick significantly more often than onshore team mates? Noticed this on my last three projects and I always end up taking L and doing their share of the work

Client site is too casual for dress slacks, but too formal for jeans. I need a nice Chino or casual slack that holds up well. And hopefully something I can wear to the grocery store on weekends if need be. No more than $80 would be ideal.
Ex colleague works from home as an IT solutions architect. Had so much time on his hands ended up taking a 2nd job same field. So makes close to 300K..lol..I wish we had more flexibility on a visa.
