Some companies give hike according to certain percentage. Nw from my previous Company's Ctc was very less. So if i am getting an 40% hike based on my previous CTC it's still less then my expected CTC and it ll be difficult for me to survive and relocate in metro cities. Im a RN and took on a new role working in Home Health. I chose this position because My husband & I recently moved to PA with our 2 kids (1&3), with no family available for his residency program with a hospital. Any googlers that can offer a perspective? Cleared all interviews for TPM. No HC review yet, as the recruiter says the new process is to find a match before HC. Had conversations with 3-4 teams so far, many times great feedback/compliments even during the team matching chat, but no successful match yet. I am told that there were internal candidates that fit the role better. The wait on since May, starting to lose hope now. Is team matching supposed to be this hard?
