On a really tough project requiring cross-country travel weekly. It's been a really tough lifestyle transition to be away from my friends and family.

On top of that, I'm stuck between "this is awesome experience for my career" and "I'm so overwhelmed and overworked." I know I need to take care of myself but I'm in such a constant state of stress that I don't. I'm losing sleep, I feel unhealthy, getting sick often, etc.

This is such an unsustainable path but I don't know what to do.

Hello fishes, i got an offer from Germany where the pay is 59k . They are helping me out with the initial setup including finding home, stay for 2 months visa and tickets. Also, there are 4 bonuses each quarter with min of 25% as bonus. My total years of experience is 8 years and I am an sap technical consultant. Let me know if this is a good pay. Anything i need to negotiate?
