I had an Interview with Northern Trust; then, I had a verbal offer. After how long do they usually send the letter?

I cleared all my rounds of interview in JPMC, had salary discussion with HR 2 weeks back. After which i was asked to apply the job on candidate portal and submit additional information.

Its almost 2 weeks and i haven't heard back anything from them. My status in portal shows "You are moving to the final steps in the process". This status has not changed since last 2 weeks.

Can i expect the offer letter to be released? If yes when?

I have 12 years of experience.. in all interviews I really does well except writing sql queries.. though I have 12 years of sql experience whenever they ask in interviews to write even basic queries I will get nervous and my mind goes blank.. how to overcome this problem? So physically and mentally tired, I don't know how long I can keep up with work anymore. Told my senior management that I'm burning out, only to be blessed with another secondment. I now have two going at the same time, plus other client work, new business work, and managing scroundels.

All my six-figure salary consultant friends are ranting about how poor they feel right now because their IRAs/portfolios are down. Think the people in this industry need to take time to volunteer or engage with some tougher parts of town and understand that by virtue of even having investment accounts, that they’re more financially safe than at least 50% of America. My experience at D has been confusing through and through, and I think the company is purposely misleading. Over the course of 1 year, I’ve been in 3 different offerings and gone from a cross-consulting strategy consultant to an Oracle ERP consultant, all automatically based on organizational changes.
