LinkedIn feels completely oversaturated, and honestly, I’ve never really received a solid lead or meaningful response after applying to positions there. Then when you go to apply and see “100+ applicants” before even submitting, it’s discouraging.

I used to feel motivated and eager to apply, but lately I don't bother. If I didn’t have to use LinkedIn for my current role, I would probably delete my profile altogether. At this point, I honestly don’t feel like it’s helping me professionally.
