ADHD help requested / medication - I have severe medically diagnosed attention deficit disorder. My brain’s ability to concentrate has now degraded even further. It’s a problem to work in finance with this condition. I am unsuited to long periods of concentration required to make PPTs, memos, models. I muddle through but I keep underperforming and condition worsening. Adderoll helped but big side effect. Any alternatives? Neutropics? Caffeinating up?

Hi all - I'm looking for help defining our rating scale in terms of our company values. We rate on a 5-point scale of Unsatisfactory to Exceptional Performance. We rate against four company values and five competencies. It was easy to define the rating scale against the competencies, but I'm having a really hard time defining them for the values. I've tried Googling and everything I find is geared more toward competencies. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

Have any of you moved countries for a better personal life? I'm Indian (living in India) and in my mid 20s. Evaluating a job offer close to home which I'm moderately excited about. The other option is to continue in my current role (which I hate) and try to move overseas (via another job or Masters). Taking the new job pushes this back by at least a few years. Not sure I want to move abroad anymore either tbh - it would only be to improve my chances of finding someone. Career wise, I'm ok here.
