Sometimes I don't uphold the company mission 😱
Finally found THE one, after over a year of searching and trying out at least 5 different ones!
A nice comfortable office chair.
https://ergochair.co/collections/chairs/products/ergonomics-mesh-chair-w-adjustable-headrest-and-armrest?variant=32511617597491
My criteria: mesh seat and back, arms, headrest
I tried cheap ones from Amazon. Expensive, second hand gaming chairs. Tried HM Aeron (second hand) and while I didn't like the bulk and the general design, I was sold on the mesh seating. I wanted to get the ErgoChair 2 from autonomous, but it doesn't have mesh seat.
AMA.

Tech stack?
Thanks
13 to 22 is good opportunity..sometimes you have to take that leap of faith and get out of your comfort zone .. initially it may feel miserable but if you give your 100% you’ll come out of it .. worse case scenario - you are getting paid more , you are getting technical exposure too ..
Thanks, definitely will give 100%, just they need to understand and help

I am that same ex infoscion in jl5 who joined as a fresher and took that leap of faith …I personally feel life outside infosys is much better … however it depends on the company/project that you land in
He will try to convince only because they want cheap labour
Don't join TCS at any cost. I worked in infy Cdg and now working in TCS ...infy is much better than TCS. No salary hike for lateral joinees, lot of politics , no transparency in appraisal rating system, HRs and RMZs people are duffers who will only suck your blood and no offcourse no job security now.
Better lookout for other companies but don't join TCS. You will regret your decision for the rest of your life if you Join TCS.

Did you went for on-site?
Never
13 to 22 is good. Tcs also have good number of projects and if you want to change skill that options also there but not immediately after some time....13 is too low your salary that's why your change is mandatory.......
This is a classic example of how some large MNCs exploit fresh graduates. They hire freshers in bulk because they are highly valuable from a cost perspective pay them less, keep expectations low, and many remain unaware of their true market value for years. It’s similar to a frog living in a well, unaware of the world outside.
What concerns me is why indian govt ministers and policymakers are not paying more attention to such practices. The author may not have realized this aspect yet, and I’m not blaming him or her for that. However, it is important to recognize that this issue goes beyond individual companies and reflects a broader systemic problem.
Got good feedback, ratings. 3 to 13 is not easy. It's almost 12% hike every year.
In outside the story changed from COVID times I guess.
But now I got the taste of outside environment
