A card signed by the team is always nice! Maybe a gift card for a coffee shop or something. I don't think you need to overthink it, sometimes the littlest gestures mean the most.

Totally agree. A handwritten note or small team gesture goes a long way. Sometimes even a simple Slack thread or group card message can mean more than a big, flashy gift.
Signed card and cupcakes assuming they have a sweet tooth. Maybe a DoorDash or Uber Eats digital gift card if not. Food is always appreciated!

Yes — food never fails! I like the idea of something low-key like DoorDash or even a local bakery delivery. Makes it personal without feeling over the top.

Love that you’re thinking about this — it’s always nice when leaders get recognized too. I’ve found that a short note from the team highlighting specific things they’ve done that made a difference can be really meaningful. Doesn’t need to be fancy — just thoughtful.
Thanks for the feedback, friends!
