A lot depends on the type of prison, in our case we respect the people in the prison a lot, but they also respect us a lot, there are no major inconveniences, so people go through and serve their sentences, and very few return.

Well, it is very common to hear about violations of human rights in prison, but I have really witnessed very few cases of violence I have to say that if there are, many times it is because the prisoner does something quite improper but there is still no justification, that is one of the things that makes me want to change my profession.
