I have 7 years of experience in DOTNET. I am NOT much confidence in DSA. So I need help and guide and support how can I join Microsoft. Right now possible? as I am already learning DSA and not much salary requirements. So can they take me as sde 1. Any view and guidance help to impossible to possible.

I’ve had a very similar experience. When I look at my resume, it was definitely not always a straight HR path either, so please don’t feel like a nontraditional background means you don’t belong in HR.
Operations, logistics, military experience, and administration can all translate really well into HR, especially employee relations, compliance, process improvement, training, onboarding, HR operations, and workforce planning. Just make sure your resume actually connects those dots for the recruiter instead of assuming they’ll figure it out.
My biggest advice would be to tailor your resume toward HR language without exaggerating your experience. Highlight things like documentation, policy/process work, employee support, scheduling, compliance, data tracking, leadership support, conflict resolution, and systems. Also, network with HR professionals in the specific areas you’re interested in, because cold applying can be brutal.
And good luck on your SHRM-CP exam this weekend. That’s a big step, and it shows you’re serious about the field.
Warmly,

I had a sales/IT background and transitioned to HR. I did with the company I was already working for, I got to showcase skills and finally made my break, got an HR certification and transitioned. Best thing I ever did.
