How do you deal with your “mentor” being threatened by your performance and gatekeeping information from you? I got the offer from nagarro(22.5) but I rejected since I initially asked for 25.
Now my offer is awaiting from TSYS(quoted 25) . TSYS said day before yesterday it's in discussion with management .
It's been more than 10 days. I'm losing patience.
What should I do. Should I contact the H.R again?

I am currently expecting, have informed my team. Since the organisation is in hybrid mode, when discussed earlier i was told that it is flexible in terms of wfh depending on my health condition.
