oh man. rotations/stations seem like great ideas on paper, but they require a lot classroom management unless you have very independent/focused students (who does???). how are the students held accountable for their work at the stations? Do you model how each one works first? Do you man one station where you anticipate problems? Are the stations easy to for students to do alone? I would definitely have a few that are easy to occupy/manage like computers, audio books/listening, word sorts, etc.
