I tested at 7dp5dt and it was positive (relatively dark line so probably would have been positive before then). I had some pretty bad cramping the day I decided to test (or at least I thought it was bad at the time but probably like mild period cramps). No other symptoms. I’m currently 13.5 weeks.
Congratulations!!! 🎈

TWW is the worst!!!! I tested at six days post 5d FET on a digital stick and got a positive (important: don’t pee for at least three hours before, and preferably overnight, so urine is more concentrated). I know that was a little early to test but I couldn’t wait any more. Mine was accurate and it was real pregnancy (now third trimester).
I over analyzed every little thing as a possible symptom. I had some mild cramping in first few days and a sense of fullness. No other meaningful symptoms for me. Every body is different though.
I’d encourage you to keep a normal routine, try to limit stress (do mild exercise, meditation, etc). Fingers crossed for you!

5 days DPT is probably the earliest you’ll get a faint positive but highly likely you could get a false negative. If you want to avoid a false negative, I think 8 days DPT is pretty safe. I always test early because I tend to have chemical pregnancies and I like to know if it was a chemical or a non-implant if it fails (maybe I’m just a glutton for punishment).
The FRER will show positive earlier than the blue tests or the Amazon cheap sticks. You should see the line darken over the next few days (my chemicals just stayed really faint and then disappeared).
As for symptoms, it’s almost impossible to tell this early but I always had extra tender breasts (more so than from just progesterone) and fatigue early on. I knew they were pregnancy symptoms because they went away as soon as my HCG dropped after the chemicals and miscarriages.
