Why would a luxury watch brand make/sell connected or smart watches? What is the business reason for it? To me it just kills the brand value. For instance I was a big fan of Montblanc but after I see their smart watch line up I instantly devalued the brand in general. Same for Tag (tag is questionable anyways), or Breitling. Quick question.
I was a contractor for a big company and they just let me know that my last day is December 30th. I got this position thanks to a recruiting company that has been great and gives me benefits.
Should I:
- Continue working with the recruiting company, hoping that they will find another position for me? (as they told me they will, and when they applied me I started working with my current company within 2 weeks)
- Work with the recruiter + apply for jobs on my own?

Mattress suggestions please! We are side sleepers and prefer firm mattresses in general. Most mattresses seem to offer 100+ days trial, but how has the return process been? Any recommendations on smart thermostats that you love and enjoy? I would need to replace 3 thermostats in our home so looking for best value. Our electric company will provide them “free” but then charges $10 per month. We plan to be in the same house for many years so doing the upgrade ourself seems to be a no brainer.
