I have my own pc setup and dabbled in virtual setups. An adivice on how to transition to tech, ultimately looking it become a database administrator. Is a college degree necessary?

Hey guys, I just found this group and I’m hoping for some guidance/advice! I’m hoping to get into one of the Big 4s or MBB and finally got a few referrals once joining FB. I am 29, have an MA in IOP, and 10 YEO. I have never worked for a non-Jewish company (despite trying pretty damn hard to get out) and I’m freaking out. Best books for learning tactical business management, strategy, and growth? Looking for more meaty than "Playing to Win" - willing to read good textbooks. Have read plenty of leadership dev books.
