I've always modelled a lease as being very slightly more expensive but eliminating tail risks of expensive repairs because of vehicle turnover. But most accounts I've read of EVs suggests that mechanical repairs are less common, reducing that risk, and added cost savings of only paying for electricity vs gas tips the balance further towards buy over lease. But curious of other analyses.

120k salary,
500k equities(retirement+taxable)
and roughly 30k cash checking plus upcoming sign on bonus of 20k in ~1.5 months
Rent: 1150
Debt:
Car loan: 34k
Student loans: 9k
CC debt on autopay: 3.5k for the month.
How should I deploy my capital?
1) Save till I have 50k in checking.
2) bring cash balance slowly to 10k over 3 months by paying off car loans.
3) Ignore all debt, make regular payments, and continue Dollar cost averaging into equities.
