Hey everyone. I’m looking to cut some fat after spending the last two months bulking up a bit. I’ve always been a pretty thin guy, 6’1” and about 180 now at about 16% body fat. Just got notice from amerisourcebergen they are not going to follow the ada. My doctor filled out a ada form for 2 extra 15 min breaks and time away from the computer if I have a panic attack or an anxiety attack without reprimand.
