I think that female bosses can be more aggressive because they feel they have something to prove. That is the only difference that I have noticed. I have never had a "chill" female director, but I have had a couple of males. Of course, men can be aggressive as well too

It really depends on the person, not on the gender. I've seen good and bad on both sides.

Based on personal experience, Female bosses are more result oriented and organized. Male bosses like to keep things ambiguous to keep room for "creativity"

Have had good and bad so depends on individual, don’t think there are common themes here

I’ve had both and it has depended more on personality type and how I clicked with them.
Statistically speaking, studies have revealed over and over that there are no remarkable differences between the genders in how they lead others.
Male bosses tend to be less in the details than female bosses
