I am currently interviewing at TikTok for the Content Partnerships Lead role. Can anyone share some insight into the salary bands in the Sub-Saharan African market? Should I benchmark with the global rates?
Any tips and experiences interviewing in this region are also welcome - and highly appreciated! :)

I feel the same as you. I find that my introverted tendencies give me a unique advantage in the marketing world. I'm not as good at dealing with people face-to-face, but I have a deep understanding of how people work and what makes them tick. This allows me to create campaigns that resonate with people on a deeper level, and ultimately achieve better results.
One positive thing about being an introvert working in marketing is that they often have a strong ability to focus and can be very detail oriented. This can be a great asset when it comes to creating marketing materials or managing projects.
I am an introvert myself and I work with a lot of people like me. I've noticed that Introverts may be less likely to become overwhelmed in hectic or high-stress work environments, which can be an advantage when working on deadline-driven tasks.
Yup, of course it also comes with its disadvantaged when it comes to the workplace, but for the most part being introverted grants you an ability to read people better
lol introverts aren't special y'all swear you're some special breed or something 😂
I've worked with plenty of both but honestly it's pretty hard to tell them apart at work, it's only during our more social events that I get a real sense of people's true personalities
I somewhat agree. It's a benefit of being an introvert for sure, but I really wish I wasn't so stressed when I have to do big meetings and conferences.
