Sleep, avoid unhealthy foods and alcohol, get plenty of water, get a good lifting session in, and avoid things like TV and video games, especially before bed.
My solution to that is embarrassingly obvious, I try to catch up on my sleep. If I knew I had to work on Sunday I'd probably take a nap at some point on Saturday, plus I'd make sure I got to bed early. And not socializing, at least the sort that would go late. The nice thing about a weekend day is that I can generally manage it however I want, so a quiet day of reading and maybe taking a nap is always a possibility.
Rising Star
As the others said, I try to get enough sleep each night. And on Sunday, I do something fun, even if it’s just an hour. For example, I have curated a playlist of Instagram reels that make me laugh so hard I can’t catch my breath. I will watch that playlist for an hour. Or I will play a video game or talk on the phone with my best friend for an hour.
I focus on self care like sleep, nutrition, hydration, and movement. There are also some relationships that feel very recharging and I find time to connect with those people.
Yikes, that sounds exhausting! When I’m really drained and short on time, I try to take small breaks, like quick walk, a coffee or even just stepping outside for fresh air.
