Cognizant Hi, I'm having interview in soprasteria for dot net developer. I'm having 5.9 yrs experience. Anybody know what will be the interview process, how many rounds & will it be difficult or medium? I'm currently working in cognizant with 6.2 as CTC. Pls don't ask about my CCTC as I'm not in right frame of mind. I was cheated here and desparate to move. Currently holding tcs offer of 9.7. So, how much can I ask here if selected for my tech & experience. Tata consultancy sevices Infosys Wipro IBM
I got a call from TCS and suddenly on the same day, they conducted interview. Meeting link has been shared in the WhatsApp from the same person but not in the email. Is it normal? I am worrying that why they didn't send the meeting link over official tcs mail?Tata Consultancy Accenture Infosys IBM Cognizant @

I have had several rounds of interviews for a role at Visa London office. When I reached out to the HR to check on progress/status after what they called the "final round", they said everything is positive and then set up another round with the hiring manager last week. TBH, that round seemed as if they want to make sure I have understood the job well. And there has been radio silence after that. Any idea how to read this? I have another offer and deliberating if i should just accept that.

If you have a timeline due to another offer, I would reach out to the company and make them aware of that timeline. That’s totally normal, I’ve been in that situation. Probably even good to let them know you are in demand.
This. They may still have to go through their process and you may have to choose whether to take bird in hand, but as a hiring manager I would appreciate the heads up.sometimes a bit of pressure makes your thinking clearer (which could be realizing you are ready to decide or realizing the potential loss doesn’t concern you and letting you both move on.)
You never know what might be going on with their team/staff, they could be in a busy period or a key figure in the hiring could be out. When I was hiring last fall it was drawn out because I had a pre-planned vacation. When I was hired into my current role the process stalled and I assumed I was out of the running, but ended up being hired and found out that my now boss had been on a work trip. Keep applying, and try to focus on the interviews you are getting and put the what-ifs out of your mind!
Good point, the main problem is that I have another offer for another company and they wanted to know if I’d except the offer by the end of the week. The role seemed good but the role with the company I’m waiting to hear back from really seemed like what I wanted. So now I’m wondering if I just accept the offer on the table or wait for the other company that I liked more to reach back out.
