If the machines are running and the employees are not goofing off and their machines and area is clean... leave them alone and you go back to work.

Any millennials here worried about their parents retirement? My parents are set financially but I’m worried about their lack of hobbies and social life. They watch a lot of news, politics, stock market, and sports. However not much more than that. I feel I’d be fine with that if they were in their 80s or older but they’re early 60s.
