We got poor results at our current clinic and, happens that our clinic is rated lower on SART website. How would you handle not getting a lunch break when you are a salaried employee treating patients for 40 hours a week? I don’t get documentation time either, but all notes are to be completed the same day. Some of us have reached out to HR and we’re told to discuss it with the regional director, but the regional director says we’d have to come in early or leave late to block out a lunch break. My commute is an hour each way, so I’d prefer not to make my day any longer. Advice?

Anyone else the last to be informed about ANYTHING at their site? I am only a second year SPED teacher and my eyes are already wide open to the fact that admin and Gen Ed teachers so often fail to inform me about important things regarding the grade levels I teach and other school events. Then I’m left scrambling to inform my students and parents of essential information, and I’m embarrassed! My aides also look at me like why don’t you know this? Aggravating.

Best place for holiday office parties?

Looking for a roommate in Miami to sign a lease with starting in January or February. Looking to sign a lease for a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom in a luxury building in Brickell, Downtown, Edgewater, or somewhere similar. I am clean, quiet, and respectful. I am a strategy and finance professional in my mid 20s (ex-McKinsey) who will be in the office 5 days a week. 

Any real estate experts in the house? Thinking of making a move to Miami from Jacksonville. Jacksonville real estate is still pretty inflated and hasn’t really come down much. Is real estate in Miami following the same pattern? Or is it expected to deflate with high interest rates?
