My appointment letter states that I will be on probation period for 6 months and in this 6 months either parties can terminate the employment with notice period of 2 weeks. It is also mentioned that they can extend the probation period based on performance(nothing about confirming before probation period). Is it possible that employer can confirm me before probation period?

I joined a project that had already started and the team already settled on creating a user journey map, even though none of them are designers or in ux. I also have no experience in this field as I'm a data engineer. The user journey map was for mapping out the process for tenants finding housing assistance, so not a technical product. Given this new field and type of work, I've been having a really tough time. Anyone mind sharing what helped get you through your first ux project?

Okay, so my thoughts are from where she got that stats - 20 percent really ?

I have received my first offer letter which they wanted me to accept by e- signing it and after i did that theh have sent out form 11 and other documents to be filled in 2 days.
I have never filled form 11 and other personal details untill 1 week before my joining date.

My joining date would be after my notice period which is usually 2 months.
Should I share the person details and form 11 they asked for now itself?
Will it be a problem if i don't wish to join the company later
