My background verification with TCS is currently in progress. I worked in my first company for only 3 months. I have the experience letter, PF details, and bank statements for that period, but I do not have salary slips, and the company is now closed.

After that, I worked in four other companies where I have all the required documents such as salary slips, experience letters, PF details, and bank statements.

Could this create any issue during my background verification for the first company?

Is there any fixed number of marriage leaves which Genpact provides??

I have given interview to TCS on 28th September, after 2 days got a mail saying that to upload documents I have done that. Today I got a call saying that from TCS and asked me, have you attended any interview I said yes and also said documents uploaded. Then she asked me there is a need in direct project are you okay with technical round and I said yes. Then she said thanks and disconnected.

Should I specialize in Blockchain or AI? I’m a freshman in a CS degree and I can’t decide. My main argument to choose blockchain is the easy entry with little experience and high salary, I plan on growing my skills during the bear market and get a job once the market recovers. Regarding AI, I find this field fascinating but I feel like it requires a lot of experience, degrees and diplomas.
