My beloved boss is getting ousted by a new member of senior leadership and I have no desire to work for the new guy- what do I say in my eventual interviews for a new job on why I’m looking for a new position?

I’ve only been working with this company for 7 months after being unemployed for 11 months after a layoff. Bad pay, bad benefits and now even less reason to stay but I feel like I need to give a reason other than I really don’t want to work for my new boss 😅
