My company has use it or loose it time off as part of my pay package. But in order for me to do that, I’ll have to take off most of December.

I’m not sure if I’m thrilled or not sure what to do with that much time off.

I started my job mid year and fell right into peak season. So taking time off has been hard

I’ve been in my current role for almost 4 years. While I am generally happy, & have flexibility with time off for personal matters, there are things that bother me. I have an offer for way more money, manager title (which I want), much larger bonus & IVF benefit is better. However, I’m in the middle of stims and it is STRESSFUL. Part of me can’t imagine taking on a new role while I’m in the middle of this. But also feel like I can’t pass it up
